Winston Lowe

Winston Lowe is the managing partner of Lowe and Associates LLC, a boutique corporate law firm and consultancy that provides sophisticated corporate legal and consultant services to private, public and governmental clients nationwide.

 Among the clients Mr. Lowe serves as counsel are various investment management and financial services firms, public pension funds, governmental entities and state Treasurer’s offices, institutional and private investors, sponsors of investment funds (public and private), early and late stage entrepreneurial startups.

Prior to forming Lowe & Associates LLC, Mr. Lowe was a shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, a national law firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lowe was senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and secretary of the global leasing and operating subsidiary of GE Capital.

Mr. Lowe serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Beltraith Capital LLC and corporate secretary of the minority-owned equity and fixed income investment management firm.

Mr. Lowe is a member of the Board of Directors of Impact Shares, an ETF, listed on the NYSE and serves as the chair of its Finance and Audit committee.

Mr. Lowe is a member of the Board of Directors of the Haverford Trust Company where he serves on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.

Mr. Lowe received his JD degree from Columbia University School of Law and his BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

A member of Fairleigh Dickinson’s Pinnacle Society and recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award, Mr. Lowe is a member of the Board of Trustees of Fairleigh Dickinson University and serves on the Executive and the Finance, Audit and Investment Committees and chair of the Educational Affairs committee of the Board.

Mr. Lowe is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts where he serves on the Executive, Nomination, and Collection Committees and chair of the Community Outreach committee of the Board. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the School of the Arts of Columbia University in NYC.
